Delicious bite-sized sausage balls made with cream cheese and Rotel tomatoes, perfect for parties or snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 package (16 oz) sausage
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, Rotel tomatoes, cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Serve warm as an appetizer.
Notes
Serve warm with toothpicks and dipping sauces. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
