Description

Delicious bite-sized sausage balls made with cream cheese and Rotel tomatoes, perfect for parties or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 oz) sausage
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, Rotel tomatoes, cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  5. Serve warm as an appetizer.

Notes

Serve warm with toothpicks and dipping sauces. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
