Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or a double boiler.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate and return them to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until set, then serve and enjoy!
Notes
Use natural peanut butter for a healthier take and chill the mixture if it’s too sticky while rolling.
