Delightful no-bake treats made with peanut butter, rice krispies, and optional chocolate dip. Perfect for snacks or special occasions.
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups rice krispies
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional for dipping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the rice krispies gently until well coated.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- If desired, melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and dip each ball into the melted chocolate, then return to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.
Notes
Use creamy peanut butter for a smoother consistency. Refrigerate mixture if too sticky to form balls.
