Description

Delightful no-bake treats made with peanut butter, rice krispies, and optional chocolate dip. Perfect for snacks or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups rice krispies
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional for dipping)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the rice krispies gently until well coated.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. If desired, melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and dip each ball into the melted chocolate, then return to the baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.

Notes

Use creamy peanut butter for a smoother consistency. Refrigerate mixture if too sticky to form balls.
