Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups oat milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1 pinch flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir thoroughly.
- Adjust the milk for your preferred consistency: use 1.25 cups for a thicker texture or 1.5 cups for a creamier result.
- Transfer the mixture to a jar with a lid and let it sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes.
- Stir again to prevent chia clumping.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, stir once more and divide into bowls.
- Add toppings like fruit, nut butter, or granola, and serve cold.
Notes
Customize with toppings such as fresh fruit, yogurt, or nuts. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to five days and frozen for longer storage.
