Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the marinade generously over the salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired before serving.
