Crispy, golden Oven Roasted Parmesan Potatoes make an easy and delicious side dish perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the potatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding crushed red pepper flakes or different types of cheese like cheddar or feta.
