Description

Crispy, golden Oven Roasted Parmesan Potatoes make an easy and delicious side dish perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the potatoes.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding crushed red pepper flakes or different types of cheese like cheddar or feta.
