Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 orange, juiced and zested
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Stir in the orange juice, orange zest, chili sauce, salt, and pepper, cooking for another 2 minutes until combined.
- Serve the shrimp over cooked rice or noodles and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
