A quick and easy creamy garlic pasta dish made in one pot, perfect for busy nights.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Herbs (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add pasta and enough water to cover the pasta, then bring it to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked.
- Once the pasta is cooked, slowly add in milk and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs to taste.
- Serve warm.
