Description

A quick and easy creamy garlic pasta dish made in one pot, perfect for busy nights.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Herbs (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  2. Add pasta and enough water to cover the pasta, then bring it to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, slowly add in milk and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs to taste.
  6. Serve warm.
