Ingredients
- Egg roll wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 jalapenos, chopped and seeded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Place a small amount of the filling onto the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold over, and seal tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
