Description

Delicious bite-sized cheesecakes perfect for holiday gatherings, topped with festive red and green sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Red and green sprinkles for decoration


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into muffin tin cups to form the crust and bake for 5-7 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar, vanilla extract, sour cream, and eggs to the cream cheese. Mix everything together until combined.
  6. Spoon the filling into the cooled crusts, filling each one just below the top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are set.
  8. Allow the cheesecakes to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  10. Top with red and green sprinkles before serving.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling. Experiment with different toppings like crushed candy canes or chocolate drizzle.
