Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Red and green sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix the crushed graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into muffin tin cups to form the crust and bake for 5-7 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, vanilla extract, sour cream, and eggs to the cream cheese. Mix everything together until combined.
- Spoon the filling into the cooled crusts, filling each one just below the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are set.
- Allow the cheesecakes to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with red and green sprinkles before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling. Experiment with different toppings like crushed candy canes or chocolate drizzle.
