Description

These Million Dollar Deviled Eggs are a delightful twist on the classic appetizer, featuring creamy yolks combined with crispy bacon, Parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs, making them perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Paprika (for garnish)
  • Additional chives (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan, covering them with cold water, and bringing to a boil. Turn off the heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in a bowl of ice water for 5 minutes.
  3. Peel the cooled eggs, slice in half lengthwise, and remove yolks into a mixing bowl.
  4. Mash yolks with a fork and mix in mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, chives, parsley, lemon juice, and bacon bits until well combined.
  6. Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  7. Garnish with paprika and additional chives.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

These deviled eggs can be prepared ahead of time, just fill the egg whites before serving for freshness.
