Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Tortilla chips (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Place the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Top with shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
  5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
