Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
  5. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish. Add optional toppings if using.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Allow to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
