Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
- Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish. Add optional toppings if using.
- Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Allow to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
