Description

A delicious melt-in-the-mouth chicken recipe easy to prepare and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives (chopped for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread the yogurt mixture over each piece.
  4. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives before serving.

Notes

Don’t overcook the chicken to avoid dryness. Allow it to rest for a few minutes after baking.
