A delicious melt-in-the-mouth chicken recipe easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives (chopped for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread the yogurt mixture over each piece.
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or chives before serving.
Notes
Don’t overcook the chicken to avoid dryness. Allow it to rest for a few minutes after baking.
