A classic comfort food meatloaf made with Stove Top stuffing, ground beef, and rich flavors. Easy to prepare for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Stove Top stuffing mix, water, egg, ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve slices of meatloaf warm on a plate.
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing in chopped onions or bell peppers. You can also substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
