Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Stove Top stuffing mix, water, egg, ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until cooked through.
  5. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve slices of meatloaf warm on a plate.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in chopped onions or bell peppers. You can also substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
