Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken into the sauce, stirring to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm with garlic bread or a green salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
