Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken into the sauce, stirring to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
