Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli florets and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Add shrimp, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
