Description

A delightful and nutritious low-carb chicken casserole perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower, steamed and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream with half of the cheese.
  4. Combine both mixtures and pour into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use pre-cooked chicken for faster prep. Adjust seasonings for personal preference.
