Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a large bowl, blend the Greek yogurt and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sweetener, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon juice, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch springform pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your guilt-free cheesecake!
Notes
