Ingredients
- 5 Mission Zero Carb tortillas
- 2.5 string cheese sticks, cut in half
- 10 tbsp tomato sauce
- 15 slices turkey pepperoni
- "I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter" spray
- Oregano, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- On each tortilla, spread 2 tbsp tomato sauce, add 3 turkey pepperoni slices, and half a string cheese.
- Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Lightly spray with butter spray and sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until crispy and golden.
Notes
For best results, use room-temperature cheese and avoid crowding the baking sheet.
