Ingredients

  • 2 lobsters, cooked and meat removed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped shallot and garlic, sautéing until softened.
  2. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer until reduced by half.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and Dijon mustard, mixing well to combine.
  4. Add the lobster meat and tarragon, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  6. If desired, transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs, and broil until golden brown.
