Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for baking


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
