Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
