Description

A delightful dish that brings the vibrant flavors of the Florida Keys right to your dinner table with zesty citrus-infused grilled chicken.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lime juice, orange juice, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, marinate longer. Use a thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F. Let the chicken rest after grilling to keep it juicy.
