Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Juice of 2 limes
- Juice of 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, orange juice, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, marinate longer. Use a thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F. Let the chicken rest after grilling to keep it juicy.
