Ingredients
- 4 cups cucumber, diced
- 8 oz cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumber, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
- Add the ranch dressing and sour cream to the bowl.
- Sprinkle in the chopped dill and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Gently mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Chill briefly if desired, then serve. This salad is best served cold.
