Ingredients

  • 4 cups cucumber, diced
  • 8 oz cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumber, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
  2. Add the ranch dressing and sour cream to the bowl.
  3. Sprinkle in the chopped dill and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  4. Gently mix all ingredients until well combined.
