Creamy, low-carb comfort dish with chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, and bacon, perfect for busy families.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup crispy bacon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the ranch dressing over the chicken, then add the cream cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix everything together.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crispy bacon until well combined.
- Serve warm, garnished with green onions.
Notes
For extra creaminess, reserve 1–2 tablespoons of cooking liquid and fold it back in after shredding.
