A delicious and satisfying meal perfect for a keto lifestyle, combining chicken, bacon, cheese, and ranch dressing for a comforting weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix ranch dressing and heavy cream. Pour over the chicken.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. While baking, cook bacon until crispy and crumble it.
  8. After 25 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
  9. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  10. Serve hot.
