Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Optional: sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the mixture for extra flavor.
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown.
