Ingredients
- 2.5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or salt to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, and Italian seasoning until well blended.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.
- Place the chicken thighs on the lined sheet pan with the smooth side facing up.
- Bake the chicken uncovered for 20-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), flipping once for even cooking.
