Description

A quick and easy recipe for juicy baked boneless chicken thighs, combining minimal ingredients with incredible flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or salt to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, and Italian seasoning until well blended.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on the lined sheet pan with the smooth side facing up.
  5. Bake the chicken uncovered for 20-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), flipping once for even cooking.
