Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and squeeze the lemon juice over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a crispy skin.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
