Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and squeeze the lemon juice over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a crispy skin.
