Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame oil until fully combined.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
