Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame oil until fully combined.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
