Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the chicken breast into strips.
  3. Prepare three bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then into the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet.
  6. Spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
