Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the chicken breast into strips.
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then into the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm.
