Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled (turkey or plant-based alternative)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
