Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, rolled oats, honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
