Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Best served hot and can be paired with various dipping sauces. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
