Description

Crispy and seasoned potato wedges that complement any meal, perfect for barbecues and family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Best served hot and can be paired with various dipping sauces. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
