Ingredients
- 4 russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice each russet potato thinly, about 1/8 inch apart, making sure not to cut all the way through.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Brush the melted butter over the potatoes, making sure to get it between the slices.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the edges are crispy.

Notes
Use a sharp knife for even slicing. You can place the potato between two chopsticks to act as a guide while cutting.
