Ingredients

  • 8 precooked frozen hash brown patties
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups diced ham
  • 2 scallions (diced)
  • 9 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Arrange the frozen hash brown patties in a single layer in the dish.
  3. Sprinkle both cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses evenly over the hash browns.
  4. Add the diced ham and scallions evenly over the cheese.
  5. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ham and cheese layers.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 20 minutes until golden and set.
  9. Cool for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
