- 2 scallions (diced)
- 9 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Arrange the frozen hash brown patties in a single layer in the dish.
- Sprinkle both cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses evenly over the hash browns.
- Add the diced ham and scallions evenly over the cheese.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ham and cheese layers.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for another 20 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
