Ingredients

  • Grilled chicken breasts
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Bacon bits
  • Hard-boiled eggs
  • Blue cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken breasts until cooked through, then slice them.
  2. In a large bowl, chop up the Romaine lettuce and add it as the base.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the avocado.
  4. Add the grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, avocado, bacon bits, and chopped hard-boiled eggs on top of the lettuce.
  5. Crumble blue cheese over the salad.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
