Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. Marinate the chicken thighs in the lemon herb marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
