Description

Delicious sweet and savory bites of pineapple and kielbasa sausage coated in a flavorful glaze, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers or toothpicks for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine kielbasa and pineapple cubes. Pour the glaze over and toss until well coated.
  4. Arrange the kielbasa and pineapple on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the kielbasa is caramelized and heated through.
