Ingredients
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers or toothpicks for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine kielbasa and pineapple cubes. Pour the glaze over and toss until well coated.
- Arrange the kielbasa and pineapple on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the kielbasa is caramelized and heated through.
- Serve warm on skewers or toothpicks.
