- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 ½ tbsp unsulphured molasses
- 1 tsp ground ginger

- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup chai tea concentrate
- ½ – ¾ cup oat milk or milk of choice

- Coconut Whipped Cream or ¼ cup oat milk (to froth)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the light brown sugar, water, and unsulphured molasses. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.

- Add oat milk or your milk of choice. If serving iced, fill the glass with a handful of ice before pouring in the milk.

Notes
Adjust sweetness and milk options based on your preference. The gingerbread syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
