Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, melted butter, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
  3. Spread the shrimp mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast the shrimp in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they turn pink and the cheese is golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
