Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, melted butter, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Spread the shrimp mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast the shrimp in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they turn pink and the cheese is golden brown.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
