Ingredients
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 18 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
- 1.5 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 2.25 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup cream cheese
Instructions
- Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, sauté the sliced chicken breasts until cooked through and golden brown.
- Add Italian seasoning, heavy cream, and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and cream cheese until melted and smooth.
