  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
  • 18 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
  • 1.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2.25 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup cream cheese


Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the sliced chicken breasts until cooked through and golden brown.
  3. Add Italian seasoning, heavy cream, and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring to combine.
