- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can biscuit dough
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to biscuit dough package instructions.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Take one biscuit, flatten it out, and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
