Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dipping sauces (optional)

  3. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  5. Take one biscuit, flatten it out, and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
  6. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake according to the biscuit dough package instructions, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For best results, do not overfill the biscuits, ensure they are well sealed, and use fresh garlic for maximum flavor.
