Description
Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, these Garlic Herb Muffin Pan Potato Galettes are packed with flavors and perfect as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin pan.
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the thinly sliced potatoes in the greased muffin cups. Drizzle the garlic herb butter mixture over the layers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then gently remove the galettes from the muffin pan.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
For added crispiness, broil the galettes for a minute or two after baking. Feel free to experiment with different herbs.
