Description

A delicious and simple dish perfect for weeknight dinners, featuring juicy pork chops cooked in rich garlic butter.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter.
  3. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear them for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
  5. Remove the chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Make sure to let the pork chops come to room temperature before cooking for even cooking. Avoid overcrowding the skillet for a nice sear.
