Ingredients
- 2 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh herbs (optional, such as thyme or parsley)
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In the last minute of cooking, add butter and minced garlic to the pan.
- Spoon the garlic butter over the pork chops.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Choose thick pork chops for juicier results. Let them rest for a few minutes after cooking for tenderness.
