Description

A delightfully simple, protein-packed snack that freezes well and satisfies sweet cravings without fuss.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate


Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the tray.
  4. Add chocolate chips or drizzle melted chocolate if desired.
  5. Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Use a chilled bowl to keep the mixture firm. Press add-ins in gently to prevent them from sinking.
