A protein-packed frozen treat made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
- Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate
Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the tray.
- Optionally, sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Transfer to an airtight container for storage.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use thick coconut-based yogurt. Can be customized with various mix-ins like chocolate or jam.
