Description

A fun and cheesy pull-apart bread shaped like a football, perfect for game day gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
  3. Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Gather the corners of the dough and pinch to seal the cheese inside.
  5. Shape the stuffed dough into a football shape and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Melt the butter and mix with minced garlic and herbs.
  7. Brush the garlic herb butter over the shaped bread rolls.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
  9. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
